Terms of service

Making a return or exchange is easy. Email us at onlinecare@mayagrisham.com. Please be sure to let us know the reason for the return and the item(s) you wish to return. 

All returns of new and unused merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Maya Grisham reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
