Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from MayaGrisham.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. A signature is required.
How do I return an item?

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically upon purchase. As a result, these items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Custom Orders
Fully customised pieces created to a customer’s specific design or request are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Bespoke Orders & Deposits
Deposits paid for bespoke commissions are non-refundable as they secure production time, materials, and design work.
